When I started as a Coach, I didn't realise the need was so great. People were burning out with family, worry and work. Life for most was moving fast, and keeping up was hard. Our minds were being filled with information at the speed of light—something we aren't programmed to deal with.
I was that person; I wanted to be everything to everyone, a prize people pleaser, and someone who wasn't mindful at all.
My own journey had a thud! Getting a serious illness stopped me in my track and made me wake up. What had I been missing? A LOT. is Mostly self-care for me.
This was the start of my healing journey, and I trained with the IIN to be an accredited Health Coach. This year-long course taught me so much about how to live better in health and the soul. After this, I continued learning, training as a Life Coach, Meditation Practitioner, Relationship Coach and more.
All of it taught me to start with me. First, you really can't help others until you help yourself.
Six years later, I continue to learn and share my findings with you. I create space for myself, rest my mind, seek joy, not conflict, work hard to heal, and I want the same for you.
Looking after yourself with food, movement, and mind healing is something I am passionate about, and I believe these habits help us live happily.
